"A special place to go when your heart hurts"

Silver Buckle Ranch...

I spoke to the director of Silver Buckle Ranch today, and I got a little emotional. She was so caring and wonderful on the phone. She told me all about their programs, and what they had to offer Jasmine. She said "This isnt open to everyone. This isnt a place for kiddos that just think they like horses, and want to learn to ride...there are other local stables for that. This is for broken kiddos. This is a safe, special place to go when your heart hurts, and you need healing" How fitting is that? She also told me that in the spring/summer they always plant huge vegetable and flower gardens, and Jasmine will be able to participate in that as well.  We go on Tuesday to meet the director, and the horse that will be 'hers' and go over all of the details, then she will probably start her program on Saturday.  I am so excited for Jasmine. This is going to be amazing. I will post with more details on Tuesday.
